About the Role

Our Program Directors (PDs) manage and oversee several clients, Project Leads and Teams to build on our client wins through active and frequent engagement.  This role is critical to our team’s success as you are responsible for owning client relationships from pre through to post sales engagement and delivery.  Our PDs work directly with our Clients and talent teams to help create the strategies and actions that ensure successful engagement and client success.  

You will be representing RocketPower through active engagement activities that support our Project Leads at existing and new clients.  This role is a combination of business development, operational support, and leadership where you partner  with our delivery team to ensure our client’s goals, the reasons we are hired, are achieved.  

This is a 100% work-from-home position, open only to candidates who currently reside in Asia Pacific.

You Will:

  • Have a proactive consultative approach with our clients - Seeking to Understand
  • Drive execution of projects through client ownership to foster and build on RP’s mission and values, in some cases, owning leadership over multiple clients - Ownership Mentality
  • Be the “face” of RocketPower in our client engagements at the C-level managing several Project Leads - First Things First
  • Co-create and partner with our clients and our Project Delivery team to deliver strategic Talent Solutions that deliver impact and create value - Everybody Wins!

You Have:

  • Experience managing Client engagements delivering Talent solutions
  • A proven leader with Team management experience 
  • 12+ years of experience in Talent program management
  • A professional and driven track record of working with start-ups and venture firms
