About the role

As one of our Sourcers, you'll play a key role in the development and execution of our recruiting strategies by attracting candidates for our client's critical roles. In this role, you will leverage your creativity in finding and engaging candidates on the various career opportunities available with the client. You will build relationships within the industry to identify the right talent and channels to target. You’ll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies which promote various methods to source.

You will:

Conduct research on our clients, their industries, and specific technologies to become subject matter experts
Collaborate with team members to strategize research and outreach campaigns
Interact with clients to calibrate expectations and ensure we are meeting their needs
Leverage various tools to identify and engage great talent
Conduct preliminary screens over the phone to ensure candidate fit and engagement
Review and analyze data to improve staffing performance
Elicit interest in active and potential candidates by using business stories that represent the client’s unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards that are distinct from those of competitors
Identify approaches to enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Develop a pipeline that generates strategic and differentiated candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business.
Identify unique and non-traditional talent sources (e.g., university recruiting)

You are:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and internet search
Able to work in a self-directed manner, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Famous for being an amazing partner to your candidates and hiring teams

You have:

Semiconductor recruiting experience preferred
High-tech Manufacturing or Light Industrial experience required
Mandarin and English written and spoken professional proficiency
A desire to represent yourself, RocketPower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS applications
