As one of our Recruiters, you will partner with hiring managers, define their hiring strategy, build candidate pipelines, and grow our client teams. This is a full life cycle, hybrid recruiter role.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Creation and maintenance of a Talent Acquisition training matrix for all relevant stakeholders
Providing introduction of Talent Acquisition Team and processes for new hiring managers
Overseeing related billing for the region
Maintaining Recruiter Toolkits
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Point of contact for universities and early careers platforms (Targetjobs, Job Teaser, Handshake, Rate My Placement)
Overseeing the event management and attending some University events
Creating different reports also formatted to be presented back to the business
Coordinating & supporting Assessment Centers
Experience
Relevant working experience is required as well as the ability to take your own initiative.
