Our Direct Hire Models

Contingent Search

With this model it is just like it sounds. We only receive our fee once the candidate is hired. Our contingent search model is the most commonly used model and is mainly for the mid-tier and lower-level positions and the cost per hire fee is based on volume and exclusivity of the positions.

Retained Search

With the retained search model, a portion of the fee is due upon requisition release and remainder of the fee is due upon hire of the candidate. We typically only use this model for senior level positions and those hard to fill niche “purple unicorn” roles.

Executive Search

We deliver on role-specific experience for all types of emerging leaders - from Heads Of -- to the C-Suite, up through the CEO. Role focus is critical due to the work required to cultivate the proper network to deliver the best results for the client and the candidate.
