Born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua, Argelio has been leading engineering recruiting projects at Rocket Power for the past 4 years. Argelio holds a degree in computer science and is a certified full-stack web developer. His technical academic background is pivotal in supporting engineering leaders in the startup space to expand their teams. His ability to quickly grasp their technical requirements and communicate effectively with engineers and leaders has been the magic recipe for his successful career in tech recruitment at Rocket Power. When he's not recruiting, he enjoys developing web applications for fun and skateboarding. He's married and a father of two baby girls, whom he happily raises in conjunction with his wife.
